Art, slow living and flow ‘alsettimocielo’, in the seventh heaven.

In the south of Umbria, Italy's green heart,

Al settimo cielo ‘hurry’ is unknown and a forbidden word. Focussing on your creative development with dedication, love and deep concentration, that is what carries weight in the seventh heaven.  Ceramics, scuplturing, painting, cooking, music projects and surprises which even the celestials do not know yet…

The seventh heaven is in the countryside of the ‘borgo’ Ficulle, near Orvieto in the south of Umbria, Italy’s green heart, where life and food are still slow. Far away from the daily stress, volatility, superficiality and zapculture you can take the opportunity to discover your creativity and artistic potential and to make the most of it.

We work in relatively small groups, maximally 10 persons under the supervision of teachers who have shown their excellence.

Because of the resounding success of the felting course, a sort of painting with wool, we decided to put it on the program as a regular activity. If you do not know what felting is, click here to see an explanation in photos.

A brand new activity is a music/poetry project. Under the supervision of Gé Bartman, who is cellist in the Dutch Radio Chamber Philharmony, you can experiment with the mutual influencing of poetry and (cello) music.

If there is sufficient interest in a basic Italian language course we could offer that an extra. Additionally sometimes yoga and tai-chi will be on offer.
