Painting with Peter Geerts

In this painting course the focus will be on the splendid surroundings and the landscape. The enchanting natural beauty is an endless source of inspiration.
The first day we will focus on charcoal drawing. The second day we’ll work in washed ink, while the third day focuses on acquareltechniques.
The fourth day we will try to master the technique of covering painting with acrylic.

The last day everyone chooses her/his/his own technique or a combination of techniques to try to apply what one has learnt and to make ones own painting.
At the end of the course we will organize an exhibition/presentation of and a review of the produced works.

We will take care of the basic requisites as there are easels, boards, paper, charcoal, East Indian ink, a basic set of paintbrushes, acrylic in the basic colours red, yellow, green, black, white, celestial blue and ultramarine. Would you like to use more and/or other materials, you will have to bring them with you.
